Passe en mode vertical et découvre le monde vu d’en haut ! De la structure artificielle aux falaises mythiques des Tavins à Jougne, maîtrise ton corps et ton mental. Nœuds de huit, assurage en tête, descente en rappel : les techniques de cordée n’auront plus de secrets pour toi.

Ton emploi du temps est dicté par la roche ! Les séances pourront alterner entre extérieur et intérieur selon le soleil ou la pluie, pour garantir une grimpe quotidienne.
